This ergonomic dumbbell set has a total weight of 30 kg (2 x 15 kg). The dumbbells have non-slip, plastic-coated bars, so you don't have to worry about them slipping and falling. The bars are approximately 14.5 cm long. You'll also no longer be bothered by annoying clanging noises from the weight plates. Its total weight is approximately 20 kg.
